Transparent processing times
We deal with your feedback promptly. If we are unable to resolve the matter within three banking days, you will receive a confirmation of receipt stating the expected processing time. We research the facts of your matter independently and conscientiously. If this takes longer than 10 banking days, you will receive interim information from us. As soon as we have the result of our research, we will be happy to discuss it with you personally or you will receive a written reply.
