Our responsibility – together for society
For us, sustainability means that the success of entrepreneurial activity is not only based on growth and profitability, but must also focus on responsibility toward the environment and the social environment. We are committed to this idea and work together with our colleagues to further develop our sustainable corporate culture.
Our way
Everyone at Fondsdepot Bank is called upon to contribute their potential and actively engage in actions related to sustainability. We take responsibility - towards colleagues, Fondsdepot Bank, society and the environment. In our Sustainability Forum, founded in 2019, all employees have the opportunity to participate. In this circle, which consists of members from various departments and hierarchical levels, guiding principles were already decided in 2019 to guide all measures at Fondsdepot Bank. In regular meetings, ongoing actions are steered and new ideas are discussed.
Our guardrails
Our obligation
In addition to our own commitment, the EU Disclosure Regulation, which will come into force on March 10, 2021, additionally requires us to publish an assessment of sustainability risks for Fondsdepot Bank. You can read about the risks we have identified for ourselves and how we deal with them here.
Our commitment
Fondsdepot Bank makes sure that its words about CR are followed by deeds. Thanks to the great commitment of our employees, we were able to roll out several charitable campaigns in the course of the last years.

Schutzhöhle e.V. in Hof is committed to helping children who are threatened by sexualised violence or have already experienced it. The association's work has now been supported with a donation of 2,000 euros from the local Fondsdepot Bank, Germany's leading platform for the trading and holding of funds.

This year too, the children's wish lists from the St. Elisabeth Youth Welfare Centre of Diakonie Hochfranken found their way to the employees of Fondsdepot Bank. Soon becoming a tradition, employees of Fondsdepot Bank were again guests at a Christmas reading afternoon for the primary school children of the Christian-Wolfrum-Grundschule in Hof.
Already for the third time after 2017 and 2018 the Schutzhöhle e.V. in Hof receives the traditional Christmas donation of the local Fondsdepot Bank in the amount of 2.000 Euro. In July 2018, a number of employees demonstrated their manual skills in the St. Lorenz Kindergarten. With the active support of our employees, the team built a new play house and an outdoor play kitchen for the children.

The wish list campaign that was conducted in the holiday season 2017 demonstrated how well CR awareness has been embraced by the employees. Within the scope of the campaign, the children and youths of the youth aid home St. Elisabeth of the deaconry of Hochfranken were invited to fill in a wish list worth €20. The wish lists were attached to a Christmas tree in Fondsdepot Bank, where our employees could read them and purchase the respective items.
