During the period from 21/02/ - 08/03/2019, Fondsdepot Bank will be mailing annual portfolio statements to all portfolio holders. The following documents will be mailed:

• Annual portfolio statement
• Annual tax certificate
  Information about the tax certificate
• Statement of income

Initially, the documents will be successively entered in InfoManager. Portfolio holders may receive the annual portfolio statement first and some time later the annual tax certificate.

Mailing of the collected documents occurs to all portfolio holders without InfoManager from 25/02/2019.

It is possible that the tax data for certain funds may only be available retrospectively and that preparation of the tax certificate may be delayed. In this case, we will inform clients in a separate letter.

The following change must be borne in mind:

Documents in InfoManager can with immediate effect be viewed as originals. There will be no additional mailing by post.

Certification of employer-supported capital accumulation benefits will occur electronically directly to the tax office like last year.
