AXA Bank GmbH has already been cooperating with Germany's leading platform for trading and safekeeping fund units - Fondsdepot Bank GmbH - since the beginning of 2021. In a further step, AXA Bank GmbH was now merged into Fondsdepot Bank GmbH on October 1, 2021 with entry in the commercial register.
The takeover of AXA Bank by the parent company of Fondsdepot Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary of DXC Technology, already took place on January 1, 2021 as part of the establishment of the strategic partnership between AXA Germany and Fondsdepot Bank.
The strategic partnership opens up the possibility for AXA Germany to continue to provide attractive investment products and new services for its customers and sales partners in the future.
