Up to the launch date of the new transaction API on 1 July 2019, sales organisations can carry out modifications and test in their systems together with us. After this the transitional period for free execution of offline orders* will also end. The test environment will be available at the end of April. We would be pleased to provide you with detailed specifications for the launch on request.

As an alternative, we will also be offering an app for the digital signature of transaction orders from May. Client orders recorded by the intermediary/advisor (sale, purchase, exchange) can in future be approved in the presence of the client with an electronic signature. For this purpose, the intermediary/advisor uses an app he previously installed on his smartphone or tablet.
The app is free and can be downloaded both for Android as well as for iOS mobile telephones from the particular app store. The orders are forwarded directly to the portfolio management system and executed with the digital signature. This solution can be used for clients with or without banking portal access. The only condition is that the intermediary/advisor has access to the banking portal.

*Important information for offline orders
Transactions transmitted to us by post, fax or scan by mail are regarded as offline orders. Transactions are only carried out free-of-charge if the clear identification "Advisor order" is included in the form. Execution of orders received by Fondsdepot Bank without the identification "Advisor order" and an adjacent signature of the advisor will be charged! Please pay attention to the required identification ! Retrospective correction of the order is not possible.
