In the latest study "Companies with the best work-life balance" by DEUTSCHLAND TEST, Focus Money and the IMWF Institute for Management and Economic Research, Fondsdepot Bank is among the TOP 10 specialist banks.

In the large-scale study, around 14,000 companies were examined with regard to several factors that contribute to a good work-life balance. Particular attention was paid to the topics of corporate culture, working climate and family friendliness.

Among the specialist banks, Fondsdepot Bank came eighth in the study. Above all, the option of working from a home office or on the move, the flexible working hours within the company and the recently introduced Family Leave Package with up to 26 weeks' leave for special life events certainly stand out in the evaluation. Martina Schäfer, Head of Human Resources is pleased with the success in the study. "We know that in the long term, business success can only be achieved with satisfied employees. Giving them the opportunity to combine their private and professional lives in the best possible way is one of the points on which we focus. The results of this survey show us that we are on a very good path here."
